What is a Vehicle Service Agreement?

A Vehicle Service Agreement (VSA) helps protect you from covered repair costs due to mechanical breakdown after your vehicle's warranty expires.
We offer variable options to provide you the right level of protection, based on the mileage your drive and how long you plan to keep your vehicle.
A VSA will help you be prepared with extended protection after your vehicles warranty expires. It will also ensure repairs are handled by a factory-trained service technician using only Toyota-approved parts. You will even be protected against rising costs of labor and covered parts.

• Reimbursements for covered vehicle rentals, meals and lodging.
• Access to a network of Toyota dealers throughout the US and Canada
• No Paperwork. We pay the dealer directly so you don't have to worry about submitting claims.
• Transferability. If you sell your vehicle you can transfer the plan's remaining coverage to the next owner.

Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP)

What is GAP?

Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) protects you if your vehicle is declared a total loss. In the event your vehicle is declared a total loss, your physical damage auto insurance company may not cover the amount needed to pay off your finance or lease contract leaving you responsible for out of pocket expenses that could be in the thousands of dollars. Generally Auto insurance companies will only pay the market value of the vehicle minus your deductible.

GAP is designed to protect you and your family from an unexpected financial expense if your vehicle is declared a total loss from causes such as:

• Theft
• Accident
• Fire
• Flood

GAP will pay the difference between your vehicle's market value and the balance on your contract including up to $1,000 of your auto insurance deductible (if applicable) in most states. GAP is only available at the time of your vehicle purchase or lease so remember to ask your Finance advisor if Guaranteed Auto Protection could benefit you.

Excess Wear & Use (Lease-End Protection Plan)

What is a Lease-End Protection Plan?

No matter how hard you try to protect your lease vehicle, things like dents, dings and scratches are almost inevitable over time.

The Excess Wear & Use Protection Plan from Toyota Financial Services helps waive your responsibility for qualifying excess wear and use charges at lease-end including:

• Each single event valued at $1,000 or less.
• Each missing part or equipment valued at $200 or less
• Up to a maximum of $5,000 in total excess wear and use charges.
• There are No claims to submit, No deductibles to pay, No reimbursement to request.
• Backed by Toyota Financial Services, this plan simplifies your lease-end experience with a seamless and convenient process.

Tire & Wheel Protection from Toyota Financial Services gives you the confidence that you're covered in the event your tires become damaged as a result of a covered road hazard. Rest assured that every plan is built and backed by the strength of Toyota, and includes replacement-only tire coverage and wheel replacement if it fails to seal with your tire.

Platinum Includes the following benefits for Tire & Wheel Protection:

• Replacement of a damaged tire due to road hazard
• Replacement of wheel if it won?t hold a seal with your new tire.
• Towing to the nearest Toyota Dealer. (up to $100 of towing expenses reimbursed)
• Coverage of associated costs (labor, wheel weights, valve stems, and taxes plus any disposal fees.
